Charlotte's Web

This afternoon we started our new literacy topic, focusing on the book Charlotte's Web by EB White. After discussing our first impressions of the book, Primary 4/5 were set the challenge of finding out about the author. We used Chromebooks to find out when he was born, when he died, where he was born, who was in his family and the books he wrote. We also found out any other facts. Cody found it hilarious that EB White was a hypochondriac! Nieve and Lucy were shocked to find he married his editor! David couldn't believe that his friends called him Andy despite his name being Elwyn!
