Eco Flag
'Congratulations to pupils and staff at Linnvale Primary who have just received their fifth prestigious Eco-Schools Green Flag award.
The school were given the award for their commitment to integrating eco-learning into the curriculum and ensuring pupils understand how to care for the environment.
Their recent work has included carrying out litter, transport and wildlife surveys; planting wildflowers in the school grounds and local areas; litter picks and working with Scottish Natural Heritage on projects in greenspace areas near the school.
